Greenwood Cottages are located in a secluded wooded area only 3 miles west of Somerset and near Lees Ford Marina on Lake Cumberland for convenient lake access. Currently, only one of our three cottages, Woodpecker Haven, is available for vacation rentals. This cottage can accommodate families and small groups with modern conveniences. It is furnished with towels, linens, washer & dryer, satellite TV, DSL internet service, gas grill, and a kitchen with standard dishware, cookware, appliances, & microwave. Central heat and air, along with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining area, are also provided

Also available is Greenwood House, which is located 1 mile from the cottages. It is a 4-bedroom house which can sleep up to 13 people - perfect for larger families and groups.

Greenwood Cottages is "Family Built, Owned, & Operated." Rates depend on length of stay and season.
